I will start my class with active
clapping activities like 1 time, 2 time and more time fasting event to all
students in the classroom For attracting and focusing to students and define
concept of conflict, impact of conflict, determinate factors of conflict and management
based on related text book.
In this class mostly use learning tools from
group formation A, B,C,D,E in this small group's find out one of leader
and observing small group with feedback then calling project work .
